We have rented with lettings r us for 8 years. Always on hand when needed and fixed any issues quickly. Jacqui and Susan are very helpful. John who did our inspections was always very friendly and we had some lovely chats. We never had unplanned visits or not enough notice.
We got our deposit back quickly and the hand over was very straight foward.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
