Carlie is a credit to the organisation!
I had a call from my management company telling me their was a leak from my flat. After some investigation it would cost me £6k to fix.
It would have been easy to leave things there, but Carlie took over the investigation and established the leak was a minor issue with the flat above mine.
I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't have worked as hard as Carlie did and certainly not many would have been as thorough with their communications as Carlie.
This has been a stressful couple of weeks, but I can't speak highly enough about Carlie.
