The Property Management team are hopeless; we had water pouring through light fittings from the flat above and they couldn't manage to send an electrician to make it safe. Weeks later and I have yet to receive compensation from the owner fo the flat above. I am at the stage now where I will probably have to start legal proceedings but White and Sons are refusing to give ,me the landlord's name. The staff do not understand the law and their legal obligations. Shockingly bad

Unfortunately, this issue is exacerbated as we do not manage your shop, nor the building. As explained, we are unable to provide you with the Landlord’s details as this would be in breach of GDPR, although we are happy to pass on any correspondence from you.
