Would absolutely not recommend this estate agent. I visited a flat and the agent was unprepared and could not even find the garage belonging to the flat. It got worth when they lost emails from other professionals related to my purchase stipulating that they have not received them whilst I had a copy sent to me. Staff has been actually rude on the phone and could do with some more training.
