* at Keating Estates is unequivocally the worst estate agent we've ever had the displeasure of coming across in nearly a decade of buying and letting properties in London and the South east. Disrespectful, lacking in manners and etiquette, and generally decency. I feel like we bit the bullet, having to wash our hands of such pitiful levels of unprofessionalism. I can only feel sorry for the home owners who list their properties with *. If only they knew how *e treats prospective buyers, they'd be disgusted. I'm currently contemplating reaching out to the owners of a property we were interested in, to make them aware. 'People like * are exactly the type of characters who give sales negotiators in the industry a bad name

Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we would ask that you tell us about it, so wherever possible we can remedy the situation.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible, addressed to either the Sales or Lettings Manager. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
• We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
• We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the relevant Manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter, unless an extension is required, which you will be notified of.
• If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff or Director.
• We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:

Best Estate Agent in SW4 
We are sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately we are an extremely busy agency in a busy market and we do pre-empt in our confirmation emails, that if a potential purchaser is running late for a viewing on a Saturday, we may have to rearrange the appointment for another day. If someone is late for an appointment, it has a knock on affect for the rest of the day and means that we then run later for future appointments. This affects other people who are hoping to view properties, all of the other vendors who are anticipating viewings at set times throughout the rest of the day and also colleagues who are relying on meeting at certain times throughout the day to swap keys. If an applicant is running late, then ideally we are notified that they are not going to be able meet at the agreed time before the appointment is scheduled, rather than just after the appointment was due to start, as it will give us more leeway to try and resolve the situation. All of the negotiators happened to have back to back appointments for the rest of the day anyway, so it wouldn't have been possible to rearrange the appointment the same day and this was explained when we spoke to the viewers on the phone after the scheduled appointment was due to take place.
