These people no knowing about valuation. if you get lower valuation from SDL, go to RICS and get help and make a complain. They cant even do simple search to find local market sold prices. In my cas emy property was valued by my lender for 184 two months The original valuation paints a confusing picture. It states a reinstatement value of £185,000 but a sales price of £150,000 and at the same time highlights no areas for repair or gives a higher sale price if work were done on the house. On top of this, the report references comparable evidence and yet provides none, there is no reason given for the £35,000 - £40,000 difference.
On top of that they say we cant complain . if any one had issues contact RICS they will tell you complain procedure. I have started dispute and going to take this company to courts and remove charted licence of the person who did this valuation.
