There is no word in the world to explain how awful this company is: • 2 months with no Internet service • 2+ weeks with no washing machine and almost a month and half without a properly working sink •leeks in the room for weeks and not a proper maintenance service that could sort out the problem for over 2 weeks • The house was given in such a bad condition that for almost a week we had to find other places where to stay cause the dirtiness and the smell were so strong and bad that it was IMPOSSIBLE staying in the house and for all our staying we had to sleep with the window open because of the smell • they give us a room for 866 pounds because there was a private parking that they were ILLEGALY given to the tenants and we discovered this after a month and a half casually!!! Even when the landlor contact the agency saying that the parking spot was not included, since she was renting it separately to private customers, and guess what?! NOBODY FROM THE AGENCY EVER NOTIFY US ABOUT THIS SITUATION for weeks!!!! So if we didn't had contact with the landlor, CASUALLY, we would have end up with a removal of our car and / or a fine, since the landlor rented the parking spot to others. • they never told us that we had to charge by ourselves gas and hot water with a maximum of 30 pounds per month in 5 people... like, you can have a shower one day yes and 4 no cause otherwise you would end up paying extra, with no refund and of course, they explain us how to recharge after 4 days that we were without hot water and gas. • electricity didn't work properly for days since our moving and it ruined all the stuff we were keeping in the fridge • an incredible small freezer was in the house, half of the freezer was frozen and there was no space at all to put stuff for neither one person. An extra freezer has been delivered after over a month and half and guess what?! It wasn't even a freezer so we had to wait again to get it. Even more happened but I don't wanna waste more time on writing how awful and unprofessional this agent can be. Fabio our agent has been nice at the begging but, just after a week we moved into the property showed no interest on helping us, and of course, a rude behaviour in all his answers. Gerardo, just 2 words are enough: COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Giovanni in particular, who is supposed to be the manager, came out on being the worst person in the company, insensible, rude, in all my life I've never been treated in such a disgusting way. I've been in London since 2015 and I change house almost every year depending on where I work and, in my experience, I've never met worst agency and inhuman people like them. I strongly recommend you look somewhere else to book a room cause they will end up on treating worst than laboratory guinea pig.
