To be honest I was a bit reluctant to use an estate agent in the current climate as I figured houses are selling themselves, what would they do for my money?! After a short period of my property being on with these lovely people, I now see that they do so much that I don't think they can be charging enough!! They have handled everything incredibly quickly and produced a very attractive listing that instantly attracted lots of viewings and great offers. I've been trying to view properties myself, and have found so many other agents don't answer the phone or respond to queries or booking requests. Judging by the number of viewings on my property, these folks are very responsive to enquiries, and they have handled every booking and viewing for me! Communication has been super speedy, really friendly and professional. They have been at the end of the phone for me whenever I've needed them and have listened and acted on my communication needs on busy work days. Plus their branches communicate with each other- another rarity I've found with other agents! I've been present for a few viewings and their team are fantastic- so welcoming, friendly and professional. They have genuinely made what I thought would be a stressful process, really simple, hassle free and enjoyable. I couldn't recommend them enough to others!
