Richmond office do nothing to go against the stereotypical estate agent persona. Rude, condescending, pushy, passive aggressive at every point of contact. And this is from the 'manager'. I was going to ask them to sell my house. Not a chance now. Thoroughly unpleasant agency that clearly has so much business (not! - it's currently a sellers market with next to no supply of my type of house) they can afford to treat potential sellers this way. Big mistake! From over 50% of 1star reviews on here you'd think they would be striving to do better. Says it all. Ultimate in arrogance!

Best Estate Agent in Richmond 
I realise you may have been offended when I later suggested that perhaps we shouldn’t work together but I don’t believe I have been rude, condescending or passive aggressive.
I would also like to point out that, of our 70 reviews for our Richmond office on this site to date, only two are one-star (including yours now), one is four-star and the remaining 67 are 5* reviews.
We don’t always get it right but I will certainly defend myself on this occasion.
