Kira, Sham and the team at Northwood, Luton have been so supportive and efficient with any and all of my queries. Never had an issue reaching the office and all of the staff are approachable and friendly. I never had to wait too long to have any issues fixed although not that many at all. Also Del who came to inspect the flat was very kind and thoughtful asking if I was okay with the neighbours. Highly recommend renting with Northwood.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with. If the landlord has chosen to go with a stronger applicant there is nothing else I can do and apologize that y ...
