Don't waste your time!
After booking these people for my first year at uni we were horrified. Countless emails to complain about mould, poor appliances, condensation etc was all left on deaf ear. We moved multiple times and all of the properties were the same. Stupid money for rubbish conditions. The customer services may as well be none existence.

Moved into a filthy house with loads of problems. JW Wood refuse to sort any of them out and it has cost us hundreds just to make it liveable. Mould throughout house and the house stinks. 0/10 would not recommend....
