OMG! I had the Best customer experience by far, Leanna, helped and supported me all the way through with the Lettings experience. Responded to all my emails as soon as (normally I would be chasing around for a response), there was one point of contact and she knew everything about my situation (therefore not needed to explain myself over and over again!) Made the whole letting experience feel so easy. Not forgetting Jenna who also made the experience a breeze, especially helping and me in, getting the Gas, Electric, utilities certifications as fast as possible (as I’ve never done anything like this before). All that leaves me to say is a big Thank You to everyone at Hannells and I definitely Recommend going with them, if you want a world class service.
