Overall we had a good experience with Elitelets. Humaira was quick to respond to any issues we had - in general the communication was great, apart from in regards to one (fairly important) WiFi issue that admittedly was hard to resolve. The property was good, and the garden was kept in nice shape by the landlord, but could do with a couple of touch-ups to the garage in particular, especially when considering the rental amount. Would definitely recommend this agency to students in Nottingham.
