Excellent service from very first encounter with this estate agent. Chris Lenny gave a thorough valuation and explained fully the procedures and expectations for the sale of the property. We were selling a house that belonged to a deceased family member and having to do this from our own home 300 miles away. Chris kept us fully informed throughout the house clearance, viewings , offers etc. And could not have been more courteous and helpful. The sale has been completed with the minimum of fuss and stress for us, largely due, we feel, to the excellent professional service provided.
