Refused to let me view a property without listing mine with them. Got a valuation from them in order to progress with viewing. They then refused to put an offer to the vendor again because my house wasn’t listed. Laughed at me when I tried to explain I didn’t need to sell my house as going to rent it out. Trying all kinds of tricks to get business. I would never list a house with them if that is how they treat potential buyers. Awful experience. Avoid.
