I had an appointment for a property that was rent the day I come to visit. They didn’t tell that they have got other offers. The previous day I confirmed the time and the day came.
I was there for 6pm at 5:45. The agent wrote a mail at 4:40 to tell me that it is already rent.
That’s not really professional. I had to leave work early for that and, I had to ask my friend to drive to the place.
Don’t waist our time non the future.

To clarify on the actual circumstances - The appointment was booked on the 21st September for the prospective tenant to attend on the evening of the 22nd September- However on the morning of the 22nd September - We were then informed by the owner of the flat that they had agreed a letting with another tenant and as such we sent an email to you and left a message on the number provided for you to advise of the above and to cancel the viewing and also intended to discuss a couple other options that we had to offer to you .
We did not her back- and you chose to still go to the property - at which point you emailed us to confirm ""I didn’t see the mail at the right time. ""

The fact that you chose to ignore our communication to you that you should not attend and that you still went to the appointment is certainly not our fault and we do feel that your review is unjustified -
