We decided to use Oakton Estates as they are a local independent Estate Agent. We marketed our 2 bed on Oxford Street, Stirchley and received amazing interest from the pool of applicants Oakton already had on their books. The house sold within a few viewings and we achieved a very pleasing selection of offers. Mike was a great communicator and kept us up to date with the progress often out of hours. After an offer on the house was accepted, Rachel went above and beyond to progress the sale that wasn't very straight forward due to the ongoing chain. Great and friendly agent, we would recommend their services, competitively priced fees. Thanks Oakton

Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent
Deposit: 1 months rent
During the tenancy (payable to the agent)
Payment of £60 including VAT for changes to the tenancy agreement.

Payment of a reasonable amount for reasonable costs incurred for the loss of keys/ security devices.

Tenant Protection
Oakton Estates are a member of Client Money Protect, which is a client money protection scheme and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme. For more details contact the agent directly.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
