We decided to use NewDoor to sell our property. A few people had used and recommended NewDoor to us and they were not wrong! From the outset when Lorraine came to value our property and give us more information, she was professional and knowledgeable about the area. Right then we knew we felt comfortable in trusting her to sell our house.
Throughout the whole process both Lorraine and Heather were supportive and offered great advice as this was a new process to us. They always kept us in the loop with viewings and interest. I was also very pleased with how our home was presented and advertised online resulting in a quick sale.
Lorraine and Heather were also extremely helpful when viewing and making offers on other homes. They went above and beyond when answering my questions or when I was asking for advice- always at the end of the phone and with a cheery voice.
Both ladies helped us tremendously throughout the whole process and made it as simple and stress free as possible. The best part for us was that we were treated on a personal level and not ever treated like ‘just another client’; an impression we got from some of the other local estate agents.
Although we don’t plan on moving again, we would use NewDoor a million times over! I would (and already have) recommend NewDoor to anyone looking to sell their property within the area.
