Absolutely disgusted at a phone call i just had with a member of staff at Bridgfords, Crewe. Asked to view a property and then was asked if i was employed to which i said no as im currently a stay at home mum and following me saying that was just told 'oh no we dont accept benefits' and then ended the call abruptly before i could explain my situation. Honestly made me feel like a bit of dirt, im trying to find somewhere for me and my children to live after a very turbulant time and just think a little more empathy would be good.
