Be careful with renting from this agency!!!!
My mom is renting room on E148fn and, because of bad neighbourhood is the property has arisen problem with bedbugs. City rooms long time didn't respond to this problem and were asking a full amount of rent to pay. In a month time the do respond and called to pest control. My mom is living with poison for bedbugs around her and they are still asking for a full rent.
The biggest surprise is - they have one room which wasn't cleaned by pest control at all, and this room still has lots of bedbugs 😰 but city rooms agency just let this room to one Spanish guy who doesn't speak English well. We were trying to explain him what surprise he will have in his room but he doesn't understand a lot 😥.
Be very careful guys with this agency!!! They are asking a month deposit and month rent upfront, and you might not know what kind if surprises can wait for you in that property 🤯
