Writing on behalf of my father who is the landlord. Worst experience ever and has added an incredible amount of stress to my father. They don’t make any effort from their side, some of the staff can be rude and unhelpful, we have to chase them with phone calls or emails, they don’t advise appropriate before a tenancy is taken, they don’t do inspections, they don’t even know the contents of the tenant agreement! Honestly the worst experience we have ever had and we will never recommend them to anyone.
