I contacted McDMcQ without any previous knowledge of the practice as they were based in the area where the flat we wanted to buy was based so thought they'd know the market well. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful leading us first time buyers in Scotland through the different system from England with skill and care! First they advised on the bid level and then all the details of purchase. Great electronic systems. Good communication - speedy, responsive and explaining things in straightforward comprehensible language both on the phone and in emails. Donald Towsey was great as was purchase adviser Jane Yarrington.
