The overall service was good but the process itself put too much financial risk on the part of the tenant.
I had to push to see the tenancy agreement before putting down a holding fee, which made me uncomfortable but fortunately the sample agreement I was shown did reflect the final version.
I then had to pay over all the money for rent, deposit and admin fee before having a signed document which made me feel very vulnerable.
The admin fee of £500 is also very high compared to other providers.
I would strongly suggest sharing the financial burden as it would have put me off had I not had an urgent requirement to move to London for work.
A more fair system would be to put down a holding fee, sign the document and hand over the deposit. Then on the day of moving in hand over the month's rent in exchange for the keys. I suggested this as this is how I have always done it in the past but unfortunately it was not possible.
The company are not managing the property so cannot comment on that side of things but they dealt with the letting procedure well.
With the negatives out of the way, the process was relatively painless, the shop is well presented and the staff are professional. I particularly appreciated the frank and honest input from the agent when showing me the property.
I would recommend the company, but as mentioned above, I didn't like their financial procedure.

I can feel the frustration that you are feeling and I can understand where you are coming from, as an agent we pride ourselves on giving the best service that we can to all our landlords and the tenants. it is with a very sad heart that i read your words, you are entitled to your opinion and no one can change how your were made to feel, for which I am truly sorry.
With regards to the length of contract, the Landlord informed us last minute that she would only like a 12 month contract, this landlord is an international one, hence with the time difference, communication was not always easy, as an agent we are compelled to follow the landlord instructions and cannot make any decisions our selves.
With regards to the cleaning a professional clean was instructed, however we were informed that the exiting tenants had also completed a professional clean and hence the landlord only instructed a light clean and not a deep clean.
With regards to the Inventory Check in the report was carried out, unfortunately it was not sent to you this has been rectified and a copy has been sent.
With regards to the heating and cooling in the property, this is an on going issue and i am still addressing it.
As far as i am aware all the other issues have been cleared and dealt with.
This is my first interaction with your self, i have always interacted with Iain, i hope that he will vouch for my endevour to try and get the job done.
