I don’t usually write reviews but I’m trying to help other people waste as much money and time and sadness as me.
WORST experience of my life dealing with an agent, and in general , I haven’t been this mistreated in my life by anyone and I’ve been rented since I was 18 years old.

Im a PhD Spanish student at Oxford University.

I don’t do parties , I mainly just wanted a good place to complete my research studies , but unfortunately NOPS made it my worst first year in Oxford.

Since day 1 my sink was broken and water was constantly filtering the floor , my bed was totally broken in the middle , and they refuse to change it , walls where as thin as paper and I could hear my neighbor going to the bathroom, having conversations, having sexual relationships , seeing th shows , even hear the fan on it’s toilet.ñ every night , it was driving me insane, I even went to the doctor because of this. I’m planning to sue them.

my apartment was completely a mess , very noisy , it had paper walls, and they didn’t provide with any help, just a “ If you wish to move out you will need to follow the early termination process, you can advertise the property on Dailyinfo, Gumtree, at your College or Uni “ it’s a copy paste from their email.

But who is gonna be so dumb to rent This horrific place? They a the most UNPROFESIONAL , discriminatory , unethical and the list could go on for ages. If your looking for rent , STAY AWAY FROM NOPS (I was attempted by Hannah George the whole process , and god, she seemed very nice at the begging but when I stared needing help and them taking responsibilities about the horrific place the rented me with all the mess on the house , I’ve been sleeping in a sofa paying 1050£ a month because they won’t change my bed (and yes I told them within 24 hours of me moving in) they are just legal criminals. Hope karma gets at them soon cause they deserve it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOURE IN A HURRY , it’s better to pay for a month in an Airbnb in order to looked for a shared place or more opportunities RATHER THAN FAST RENT WITH THEM.

Anyone reading this should ignore this review and refer to all the others, this is plainly written by one of their members of staff, NOPS have a poor reputation for a reason, and that is that they treat tenants like garbage. They rent properties belonging to one of the worst slum landlords operating in Oxford, a bumsplat by the name of Oliver Cohen who also calls himself the "Rent Guru" (look him up, he is a real piece of work). I should have read the comments as well... there were not a lot of options left so I had to deal with them. I visited beforehand a flat. When I was about to pay they told me it was not available anymore but another one in the same building was available. And here I am in a old and dirty place when the other was renovated. The word?
