I bought a house through Nova homes and have just exchanged and completed. It has been a tricky, long drawn out sale and has taken 5 months. It has been frustrating getting solicitors to literally get things moving. As a result of this I have spoken to Nova Homes lots. Especially in last couple of weeks. I can honestly say I cannot remember a nicer bunch of folk. Every single person has been friendly, kind and utterly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble - and boy has this sale been trouble. But every person I have spoken to is just so nice. Especially Holly when I was having a really tough day. This is good old fashioned customer service at its finest. You lot are great - and I am just really grateful for all your help. And thank you so much for the hamper too.

I am sorry to see this review and appreciate your frustration. Your situation is indeed very difficult but sadly when a property is left in the condition you left this property in, there has to be a claim made on your deposit to try and contribute to the costly works required to clean and clear the property, as well as repair/replace the items you damaged.
