It has been 2 months since I have left a property ran by Top Property Ltd. Still to this date I have not received my deposit back from the company after sending several emails regarding this issue. I am only finding out now another tenant owes 2 months worth of rent but still let him hand in his keys and are trying to contacted him several times to no avail. Resulting in the company informing me that my deposit will be lost if he doesn't pay the arrears owed. I would stress to the highest degree not to be a tenant with this company under any circumstances. My issue with this is if they still can not contact this tenant what will happen next ,with them suggesting me and the other tenants pay for the arrears owed to get our deposit back. which is definitely not up for discussion. why can they not take it to court and requested a debt collector to retrieve the arrears owed?

Terrible terrible service, the house has faults beyond count, had a bathroom issue which we reported in the first week and still hasn’t been resolved. WiFi doesn’t work most of the time. Everything is cheaply done and they don’t care for tenants....
