Poor service. Not cooperative at all. Moved into a flat with issues that should have been sorted prior to a new tenant entering. When raising the issue with the agency, they kept on pushing back even though their agent confirmed that the issues would have been sorted before tenancy start date. Bathroom replacement tiles left in the flat and when asked whether the agency could pick up, they requested I just “store in a cupboard”

From the start they were quick to respond but then ghosted us on the date of the actual viewing. We waited outside for 20-25 minutes just incase, left voicemails and messages but completely ignored. This was with a 3 hour round trip to view the flat....

Agent did not show up to 2 confirmed back-to-back viewings after we had paid to travel from Bristol especially for them. No response to multiple calls, texts or emails. No response to complaint yet....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually shown up to the appointments. Beyond that, responded, apologised and refunded our train ticket.
