Rude. Incompetent. Disorganised.
Failed on every level. Awful.
Having arranged a remote viewing the failed to call. I called them, but they only give out the office landline, and... they are out at properties all day, so that is pretty useless. But they could have called us... did not. When we finally spoke the guy was terse, clearly angry that we had not turned up to view in person. When we explained that his colleague had agreed to a remote viewing, he failed to apologise. Or explain why he did not call us.
I'm genuinely interested in the property, so if you were the owner trying to sell it... well wouldn't that suck badly.
