Jason Lee has been absolutely fantastic right from the word go and cannot speak highly enough of him. He was honest (sadly we've discovered not all agents are) reliable, friendly, helpful and always at the end of the phone or email and even WhatsApp, which was so useful for me with working shifts, which meant I could message him out of 'office hours'. We had the option to either have professional photos taken or him do them at no extra cost (which we opted for) so saved ourselves money, which was a bonus and we were really happy with them. His length of time working in the estate agent business really did show through in his knowledge and the outstanding service he provided. He carried out all of our viewings which was a relief for me and any queries, questions or concerns we had he was there. Jason also helped us find our new home (even though it wasn't being sold through Secure My Sale) and sent us a report with huge amounts of useful information specifically for that property and he did this on more than one occasion. I shall always recommend Jason to friends and family if they're thinking of selling their home as I know from our own experience they will most certainly be in safe hands!!
