Our dealings with the Hatfield office of Country Properties stretch back to 2008 when they provided us with a tenant finding service. They continued to do this for a further twelve years. In all that time all of the tenancies ran smoothly, thanks to the care that the Hatfield office staff took in their tenant vetting processes. More recently we decided to sell our flat and asked the Hatfield office to market it. Despite the extreme uncertainties created by COVID-19 and the shadow cast by the ramifications of the tragic Grenfell fire on the housing market and flats in particular, thanks to the Sales team headed up by Linda Payne, the property was sold last week. We sincerely thank Linda and her team for the dedication and professionalism that they have shown throughout the process.
