I was in urgent need to rent and I could not be present at the viewings. I trusted Jade Graham when presented pictures of a lovely appartment. After a roller coster of emotions as she went completely rogue between offer acceptance and move day, she sent the final version of the contract on mobe day. When I got to the appartment, I was shoked to find in reality an unfurnished appartment, despite the pictures I took into account when making the offer, with no heating, full of damp and mould and with broken electricty. Now she and her manager claim the contract can't be cancelled, despite the consuner law which they have to comply to, and harangue me with their agressive speech to shut up and accept the conditions. Official complaint email seems to be unattended as they don't reply. I went to their office to ask in person to be released from the contract and to show them that I got seriously ill living there but they didn't care. Jade was smiling at my swallen face and happily asking me if everything was alright. I wish I could give 0 stars, unfortunately it is not possible.
