Absolutely awful, Della + Dean + Gemma are all quick to take your money but will turn on you after. We got invented 3 1/2 months late, the house was falling apart, took the landlady 3/4 months to fix the TV and front room light that was hanging out the ceiling, mold in front room, landlady has blocked us for 11/12 weeks. This estate agents is obnoxiously Negligent in what they do. They will also put words in your mouth and lie constantly.

Heads up people, do Not rent from this company as They will mug you off.

I'm glad to be out as they were making me ill.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
