People are quick to send a complaint but forget to send positives when deserved.
I felt it was important to send you email to say how grateful and thankful to your team I am for guiding me through the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new home. It turned out to be incredibly stressful in the end due to my solicitors errors, but I can't thank everyone involved enough for their support through what was a manic time.
A big thanks to Matt for selling my old home in only a few days and then went on to find my ideal next house, actually on the exact same street I'd mentioned!
Samantha thank you for keeping everyone in the loop throughout what seemed like months (but was actually only weeks haha!).
And I huge thank you to Penny! Who must have spoken to me during my highest, most stressed out state and I will always think so fondly of how you supported me and went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't left homeless on Fri 13th!!!!
Even speaking to Alex on the phone and putting me through to everyone so often. So many times I was on first name terms!!
I am so sorry it was a manic rush to pick up the keys and I will pop by again with someone sweet as a gift of thanks. It left me very little time to show my thanks and appreciation for all you have done.
I will definitely be using you again in the future and recommending you to as many people as I can (I already have to be fair!).
