1) DID NOT TURN UPTO MY HOUSE VIEWING
2) Lied about what happened
3) didnt even apologise or try to rectify or rebook.
4) Would NEVER give my property to them to put it on sale or let it out.
5) Feel bad for whoever pays their salary as they have workers who are too lazy and can't even accept their mistake but would rather lie.
ALL DETAILS ARE BELOW
Had a appointment booked with Peter from Kemp & Co to view a property.
I waited for 30 minutes and travelled over an hour to view the propety which they were aware of from the start.
I called to say I was here and the Lad on the phone said we don't have anything booked.
Then he told me Peter is on another line and to hold the phone.
He came back to me saying Peters at the dentists (CLEARLY FORGOT HE TOLD ME He WAS ON ANOTHER LINE).
I then asked if calls were recorded and he told me no they are not to which I said I wish they were as you've changed your story to which he giggled.
Anyway I said look its fine you probably forgot its fine and is there any chance someone can come show me the property to let as I have travelled over an hour and he then put me on hold again.
This time when he came back I was told they sent me an email to which I replied you definitely did not send me a cancellation email because I have the appointment email and nothing else.
He then passed the phone onto Julie who said hello 2 times and cut me off....
I CALLED back again and Peter himself answered and told me he definitely emailed me cancelling it and he went further to leave me 2 voicemails himself 1 yesterday and 1 today....
So this now means the email system is broken also EE network has broke down or they have something against Kemp & Co as funnily i have other voicemails from today JUST NO MISSED CALL OR VOICEMAIL FROM Kemp & Co and did not get no email yesterday or today.
They just did not want to accept they forgot and did not once apologise or try to even rebook my appointment or accept any fault.
