Worst ever agents I have had dealings with, all nice at the begginig to get you to sign up with your sale, once that happenes, all the regular contact goes, no call backs, no one ever in the office that can deal with your inquiries for an update, have to wait for a certain person, who says they will ring you back soon, but make you wait all day, or dont ring you back, always us ringing them.
Over valued the property, so no intrest from buyers, we had to tell them it was over valued! So we reduced the price to reflect the market, did not get told we had a viewing booked in, only found this out after ringing in to get an update! We seemed to be constantly chasing them to get any updates. We evetually complained to area manager, who once we spoke on the telephone, would not let us talk, in a 45 min conversation, we mananged to get a word in for 3 mins. Awful service, so we took our compliant to area director, who did promise to do certain things for us. We moved out of the country, thinking we have left it all sorted for a possible sale to go through, only to find 5 days later, an email stating they are breaking the contract and taken it off the market, because of the breakdown in communications with them and us, and claiming my husbands conduct was agrressive and his language was offensive !!!?????
