Absolutely poor service.
Would strongly advise against using Yopa.
In our experience, a company that does not care about their customers or feedback and they are not proactive in marketing your property as they still get their fee even if they fail to sell your property.
Our agent failed to deliver on so many aspects of the service promised:
-failed to market the property on social media as promised.
-only received contact from our agent twice in 4 months when we were told we would get a weekly review and update.
- when there was no interest in the first 3 weeks they suggest reducing the price by £10,000!
-our agent gave no comment when we informed him that the for sale sign fell down after a couple of weeks and hit our car.
-in response to making a formal complaint, Yopa offered a £50 discount but still expected us to pay £1049 and they failed to sell our house in 4.5 months and in that time we had 1 viewing. The agent we changed to sold our property within 3 weeks.

This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
