The presentation I give at the beginning of every valuation is to help potential clients understand the difference between ‘selling a property’ and ‘getting the best price.’
Most clients only have two questions before they meet their potential selling agents ‘what’s my property worth and what’s your fee for selling?’
If you only ask those questions (and most people do), you just can’t get a true understanding of the service you will receive.
Some clients have sold properties many times before but others have never sold one in their life.
I walk everyone through every stage and show them what to watch out for.
At Park Row are main priority for the business isn’t ‘the fee,’ it’s making sure that after the completed sale our clients are happy to refer us to their friends and family.
Too many agents are only trying to get the property sold, rather than making sure the clients get the best deal.
Like in your case most of our clients end up with a higher sold price than they were expecting and that other agents had promised them.
Once you go sold most agents leave you to go through the sale with your solicitors, here at Park Row we pass you to our progression dept, who stay with you to completion.
