Paul Rolfe Letting Agency where very polite, professional when trying to look for a place to rent.
There was one person in particular that was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, friendly and polite and that was the senior letting negotiator Shona Brown.
She is a real asset to the Stirling branch, I cant thank her enough for the over and above help that she gave me.
Shona not only tried her hardest to accommodate me and my kids she also left a lasting impression on me of a really genuine, kind, helpful person.
