I can't think of one bad thing to say about this company!!

I relocated to Scotland and moved into this flat which was exactly as it appeared on the website and was in great condition. John was very pleasant and helpful when I first met him and knowing I was moving with no support around me was helpful when establishing things such as sky and other services re: sitting in the flat if needed!

I had very minor issues when living there such as a leak in toilet which when calling was fixed within the same day. Needing a new microwave which was again provided within 2days and then needing a new toilet seat - again I was kept in the loop and had this within reasonable time.

The company were always helpful and as I worked in a environment where I wasn't able to speak on the phone - staff appreciated this and email contact was made.

The moving out process was quick and pleasant and due to leaving the flat as I found it with general wear and tear my full deposit is due to come back to me (when I get chance to phone ha)

I would reccomend them to anyone who asked and as I said to the new tenant who looked round the flat - couldn't have asked for better landlords and letting agency.

Hi Gemma, I've searched our records and I can't find you on our list of tenants. We have a very strict policy of gaining permission from the tenant before entering a let property. If you could obtain a written signed statement from your neighbour, I am very happy to investigate. You said you paid a "finders fee of £199. What agent could do to change your mind?
Stephanie is quite clearly a new employee with no experience or knowledge in customer service. Carol appears to be someone who despises being in the office and speaking with customer and her attitude was extremely poor after she realised the flat would not be taken by us. John was cold and dry and unprofessional. He did his firm no justice at all by the manner which he carried out his business.

Hi, I'm John, the owner of John C Boyle. I'm sorry Omar missed out on this flat but it was immensely popular and, in order to be fair to everyone that takes the time and trouble to go and see any flat we have, we operate a strict policy of "first deposit paid reserves the flat". What agent could do to change your mind?
An open and fair charges system as their charges are illegal. Paying back deposit on time without independent inventory checkers who are in fact connected with the company.

We do not charge any fees to tenants, none, not a penny, since the 1st October 2013. When the Scottish Govt issued new guidelines, we, of course, followed their recommendations. Before 1st October, we charged normal fees that were lower than the average fees charged by other letting agents in Glasgow. I remember David. In fact, it's hard to forget. I've been a letting agent for 28 years and David stands out as one of the most uncommunicative tenants I ever had to deal with. We have a policy of not going into a property that we are managing without the clear consent of the tenant. He never responded to our letters or phonecalls or emails or texts. The flat was left in a very poor condition. We sent in a cleaning squad of six to get it back to a reasonable standard. We, of course, have ...
