i telephoned Hallams to request a price on a property they have advertised (POA) no one in the office could tell me ? they said they would get someone to call me back with the information i requested, i waited till 2pm the following day and telephoned them back, only to be left on hold, after several minutes i gave up, incredulous for such a firm to be so disorganised.

I've had just the same. Enquired about a number of properties over the last few years. "I'll take your details and get someone to call you". Never ever had a call back. Obviously have their own clique and don't bother to do any work beyond that.
