Sales Negotiator Lauren was brilliant. Involved me in everything, listened to my concerns & suggestions before we both were happy with the next step. Communication was frequent, clear and I always knew what I needed to know when I needed to know it. Put simply, Lauren was in control of my sale and I was secure in the knowledge that she was on top of everything and acting in my best interests at all times.
