Excellent customer care and hard work from Nicky Neal, Claire Millington and aIso Natalie Donlon on what was a far from simple straight forward sale due to my grandmother's property being shared ownership. However, these ladies worked very hard on our behalf and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Nicky Neal eventually took the lead on this for us and I know it wasn't straight forward, but she dealt with things very professionally and really quickly. Nicky was very good at keeping us informed and up to date with proceedings and we felt very supported. Thank you!

Having spoken to most of the staff at the branch, at some point during the sale, they were all very approachable and friendly.

I would highly recommend this Team.
