I'm awarding these estate agents 0 stars after the way they have handled my enquiry regarding extreme anti social behaviour from squatters living in a property they have listed for sale. I was treated like a total scumbag and repeatedly lied to by several staff members over the telephone. I asked them for a contact number for the actual owner of the property to report a serious matter of a burst pipe which i became aware of when I noticed water dripping from my bathroom and kitchen ceilings at 4 am today. I'm absolutely disgusted at the way I'm being treated and my health is also now at risk. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETANT agents. Steer well clear. I'm a council tenant but the property above is privately owned.

We are sorry that "V" feels that we have not listened to there concerns. The property they are referring to is being sold by us but we are not the managing agent only the sellers, we have reported this persons concerns to the actual Vendor , however due to Data Protection we cannot disclose any information about the Vendor, however as it is a council owned property then Cardiff City Council would be able to help them with any concerns or issues they may have and would also address these concerns with the Vendors.
