Absolutely appalling. It has been almost a month since we vacated a rental property, and still no sign of our deposit being returned. So far, I have made at 6 calls and every time, the people that can help me are 'already on a call'. They take my number and say someone will call me back. To date, I have had zero call backs. On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the right person, he told me he would chase everything up and would definitely email me the next day! Shock, horror- no email, and yet again not available and no call back the next day. Absolute joke this place!
