We were confident with this estate agent as soon as we had our first meeting. The pictures and the video shown our house in a fantastic way. As the offers started rolling in we were walked step by step through all our options and guided smoothly to accepting the right offer. We had a hiccup towards the end of the sale with our buyers and the ladies on the team had us right back on track and alleviated all of our worries. The team keep you informed of every move and contact carries on till the very end.

Many Estate Agents deliberately over value to win the property onto the market (as the agent can receive a ‘listing bonus.’

Park Row always try to go over your expectations!
Some agents talk a very good game but once the contract is signed and they’ve got the listing, their promises often don’t materialize.
We’ve built our company on recommendation and it’s one of the reasons we continue to win the ‘Best Estate Agent Awards’ year after year.

First impressions are so important and that’s why all of our photos and videos are done ‘in house’ and free of charge.
We often see other agents charging their clients for photos and then getting a ‘sub contractor Photograher’ in to do them (does that person really have the passion or dedication or is it just another ‘paid job’ for them?).
Before Park Row come to take your photos & video, we send our clients a short video to watch, so everyone knows what and how we will be doing things, we also on that video give advise and tips on how to prepare the property, for the best results. We have learnt over the years the silly, almost insignificant things to move or tweak that and make a huge difference to your homes presentation.
Occasionally things can go off track during a sale but because we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in our team (including having staff that can speak lots of different languages), we can soon get everything back on track and running smoothly again as in your experience.
