Fantastic service from valuation to completion. The whole team work perfectly together so A always knows what B is doing and vice versa. They are friendly, helpful and understanding. Any queries/concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently so that the stress levels that come with house sales/moves were kept to a minimum. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Park Row and I thank them ALL for all of their support throughout my sale.

We all love helping clients when they are buying or selling properties.
Because we have a physical office that opens their doors seven days a week and takes calls until 8pm (Mon -Thurs), as well as being ‘online,’ we find our clients find us more contactable then some other Agents.

All we try to do at Park Row is deliver on what we originally promise!
Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus).
We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.

Best Estate Agent in Selby 
One of Park Rows strengths is that we all work as a team, from the initial telephone call to book in, up to the final completion call, we all work together!
Often in businesses one section of the company doesn’t know what another section is doing, because we work so closely together and constantly train together, it makes every section as strong as the other.
We do this for a living and can focus and try to remove the stress from our clients in what can feel like a very ‘alien’ and ‘unfamiliar’ to them throughout the sale/purchase.
I think this is why Park Row gets so many referrals to clients friends & families.
