Manning Stainton Headingley were fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our home. They were so proactive and kept me up to date throughout the whole sale process. From the start, Amy King took time to explain the benefits of working with Manning Stainton and her wealth of experience as well as local knowledge gave me confidence to work with her and her team. As soon as I said we wanted to sell with Manning Stainton, Joanne Beardmore was extremely proactive and booked 10 viewings for our property! As a result of this we had a number of offers and I was impressed with Amy who, on our behalf, decided to go to best and final offers and chose a deadline which ensured we were able to put in an offer and secure the property we wanted. From then on, I was extremely impressed with Jenny Archer who was proactive throughout the whole sale process, speaking to our buyers, solicitors and other estate agents regularly in order to ensure we met our completion date - which we did! I would 100% recommend the Manning Stainton Leeds - 20 Otley Road; the team were committed, professional and proactive throughout our sale.
