Really enjoyed my experience with Featherstone Leigh.
Jo in the Kew office was a delight and I really felt like I was in a cozy and kind village, certainly not London! I feel like one of the locals now and would recommend to a friend/ family alike.

I simply can not put into words how awful Featherstone Leigh is. Those working in the Kew and Chiswick branches are highly unprofessional, deceitful and completely clueless. I have never dealt with such infuriating people, who can only be described as stupid. Avoid at all ...
