Appalling experience with the Property Management team. Fairly easy process using Dexters to let my property, but from that moment onwards continual issues have arisen and not been dealt with. They took possession of the keys when the property was vacant and failed to remedy a couple of minor issues prior to the new tenants moving in, have not completed the mid tenancy check and report as requested and undertook work on the property without prior approvals, in clear breach of their own contract, racking up a bill of over £1,000. A lot of the above caused by failing to use the right contact details or ignoring emails.

Unfortunately service levels continued to be appauling.. I’ve been waiting three weeks since my approval for my tenants washing machine to be replaced. No contact made following the above complaint either.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
