I was very anxious about putting our first house on the market and facing the daunting prospect of finding our forever home but I need not have worried, Rebecca put my mind at rest instantly being so approachable and understanding, her service and support was professional and fantastic throughout, she was always contactable and efficient and proved to be extremely knowledgeable within her field offering advice and pointing us in the right direction. I was kept updated and informed through out our buying/selling journey and needless to say we found a home perfect for us and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent service from the Park Row team with a huge Thank you to Rebecca and Carl for their hard work.

All we try to do at Park Row is deliver on what we originally promise!
Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus).
We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.
